    摘 要:為提高特高壓變電站智能化運(yùn)維能力,提升氣體絕緣金屬封閉開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備(GIS)運(yùn)行安全性,設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了基于多信息融合的 GIS 狀態(tài)預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。通過(guò) GIS 設(shè)備故障特性分析和絕緣氣體六氟化硫(SF6)在設(shè)備故障過(guò)程的特性改變,得到了 GIS 設(shè)備不同故障類(lèi)型的監(jiān)測(cè)機(jī)理;引入 D-S 多信息融合故障預(yù)警決策算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了 GIS 設(shè)備故障在線檢測(cè)、智能決策與自動(dòng)分級(jí)報(bào)警。系統(tǒng)在特高壓南陽(yáng)站進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明了該預(yù)警系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性,實(shí)現(xiàn)了 GIS 設(shè)備的在線智能化監(jiān)測(cè)功能,提升了變電站智能化運(yùn)維能力。

    Abstract: In order to improve the intelligent operation and maintenance capabilities of ultra-high voltage substations and enhance the safety of gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear(GIS) operation, a GIS state warning system based on multi information fusion was designed and developed. Firstly, by analyzing the fault characteristics of GIS and the characteristic changes of insulation gas SF6 during the equipment fault process, the monitoring mechanisms of different types of faults in GIS were obtained; Then, the D-S multi information fusion fault warning decision algorithm was introduced to achieve online detection, intelligent decision-making, and automatic grading alarm of GIS faults.The application experiment of the system was carried out at ultra-high voltage Nanyang station, and the experimental results proved the accuracy of the monitoring of the early warning system, realized the online intelligent monitoring function of GIS, and improved the intelligent operation and maintenance capability of the substation.
