    摘 要:針對目前電力資源相對緊缺的現(xiàn)狀,研究了雙向分時需量管理技術(shù)應(yīng)用于用電側(cè)用戶負(fù)荷控制,從應(yīng)用角度出發(fā)提出利用需量管理方案來實現(xiàn)合理的用戶用電控制,并提出一種與需量管理相關(guān)的負(fù)載阻抗檢測方案,借助該方案實現(xiàn)電能表內(nèi)置繼電器可靠控制和高阻抗安全合閘目的。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場產(chǎn)品運行證明,該設(shè)計方案能實現(xiàn)安全、有效地錯峰用電。

Research on Bi-Directional Time-Share Demand Management and Load Impedance Detection Technology

    Abstract: Aiming at the situation of power resource shortage comparatively, this paper researched the bi-directional demand management technology applied in load control for the user at power utilization side. From the perspective of application, this paper proposed to use the demand management scheme to realize the reasonable user power utilization control and gave a kind of load impedance detection solution related with the demand management. With the help of this scheme, the relay built in electric energy meter implemented the reliable control and safe closing of high impedance. The site products operation shows that this design could realize the safe and effective staggering peak power utilization.
