    摘 要:對(duì)一起差壓保護(hù)動(dòng)作后的集合式電容器進(jìn)行電氣和油化試驗(yàn)分析,并對(duì)其本體進(jìn)行拆解和研究,找出故障是由于安裝過(guò)程中的錯(cuò)誤接線,導(dǎo)致導(dǎo)線過(guò)熱逐漸熔斷,造成一次有差電壓,保護(hù)跳閘。分析了差壓保護(hù)的動(dòng)作情況,對(duì)該類故障的查找提出建議,供廠家和運(yùn)維檢修單位參考。

Causes Analysis of an Assembling Capacitor Differential Pressure Protection Action

    Abstract: After differential pressure protection action, this paper analyzed the electrical and oil tests of the assembled capacitors, and dismantled and studied on its noumenon. The fault was due to the false wiring in the installation process, so as to lead to the wire overheating and gradually fusing, which caused the primary differential pressure and protection tripping. Analysis was made to the action condition of differential pressure protection. This paper gave suggestions of searching this type of faults to provide references for manufacturers and maintenance personnel.
