多角度的電壓質(zhì)量治理方案評估方法設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用

    摘 要:目前中壓饋線的電壓質(zhì)量治理方案的選擇缺乏全面、量化的指導(dǎo)方法,提出多角度的電壓質(zhì)量治理方案評估方法。從電壓質(zhì)量改善效果、線損改善效果、投資成本和投資效益等四個(gè)角度提出電壓質(zhì)量治理方案評估指標(biāo)體系;從改變線路參數(shù)、增添額外設(shè)備、兩兩措施組合等方面總結(jié)設(shè)計(jì)常用的電壓質(zhì)量治理方案及其實(shí)施方式;依據(jù)中壓饋線的實(shí)際情況,選擇不同類型的典型線路,仿真分析實(shí)施各種電壓質(zhì)量治理方案前后的效果,從多個(gè)角度分析評估各電壓質(zhì)量治理方案特點(diǎn),并以綜合評估值的排序指導(dǎo)電壓質(zhì)量治理方案的選擇。以某中壓配網(wǎng)的實(shí)例分析,驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性和實(shí)用性。

Method Design and Application of Multi-Angle Voltage Quality Management Scheme Evaluation

    Abstract: There are voltage quality management schemes of medium voltage feeder lines lacking of comprehensive and quantitative guidance at present. This paper proposed a multi-angle evaluation method for voltage quality management schemes and the evaluation index system from four angles, such as the effects of voltage quality and line loss improvement, investment costs and benefits etc. The commonly used voltage quality management schemes were summarized and designed from the aspects of changing line parameters, adding additional equipment and combining two measures. According to the actual situation of medium voltage feeder lines, the typical lines of different types were selected to simulate and analyze the effects before and after the implement of various voltage quality management schemes. This paper analyzed and evaluated the characteristics of various voltage quality management schemes from multi-angle and calculated the comprehensive evaluation value which could be used to guide the selection of management schemes. The instance analysis of certain medium voltage distribution network verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.
