變電站選址定容規(guī)劃模型研究

摘 要:提出一種以所需費用和供電隸屬關(guān)系變更次數(shù)最小為目標(biāo)的多階段多目標(biāo)變電站選址定容規(guī)劃模型。該模型不但考慮了變電站建設(shè)費用、變壓器購置費用和網(wǎng)絡(luò)損耗費用,還滿足變電站實際運行中的潮流約束、容量約束、供電半徑約束以及邏輯約束條件。為驗證所提模型的可行性,采用遺傳算法對算例進行優(yōu)化求解,仿真結(jié)果表明了模型和所用算法的有效性。

Research on Planning Model of Substation Location and Capacity

Abstract: This paper presented a new kind of multistage and multiobject planning model of substation location and capacity taking the alteration frequency minimum of required cost and power supply membership function as the the object. This proposed model not only included substation installation cost, transformer cost and network loss cost, but also met the conditions of tide constraint, capacity constraint, power supply radius constraint and logic constraint in the actual operation of the substation. In order to verify the feasibility of the model, this paper used the genetic algorithm to optimize an example. The simulation results validate the correctness and effectiveness of the developed model.
