    摘 要:目前我國(guó)尚未有一套科學(xué)制定電能替代發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的理論體系。研究了我國(guó)電能替代發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,通過(guò)影響電能替代的多種指標(biāo)建立多維空間,構(gòu)建了電能替代戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃模型,并采用流行的啟發(fā)式劃分聚類(lèi)算法在多維空間中尋求聚類(lèi)的局部最優(yōu)解。根據(jù)聚類(lèi)最優(yōu)解將各省電能替代形勢(shì)劃分為四大區(qū)類(lèi),為后續(xù)因地制宜制定電能替代戰(zhàn)略舉措、戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施提供支撐。

Research on Electrical Energy Substitute Development Strategy System Based on Competitive Index Measurement

    Abstract: At present there is not a set of scientific theory system for the electrical energy substitution development strategy in our country. This paper studied on the domestic electrical energy substitution development strategy.The multidimensional space was established via multiple indexes influencing on the electrical energy substitution. This paper built a electrical energy substitution strategic planning model and adopted the popular heuristic partition clustering algorithm to seek the local optimal solution of clustering in multidimensional space.According to the optimal solution of the cluster, the power substitution of each province is divided into four regions to provide support for the subsequent power substitution strategy and strategic implementation.
