考慮DG與負(fù)荷需求變動(dòng)性的供電恢復(fù)研究

    摘 要:針對(duì)因?yàn)?zāi)害導(dǎo)致配電網(wǎng)大面積停電,無(wú)法通過(guò)主網(wǎng)恢復(fù)非故障停電區(qū)域供電的情況,建立了基于應(yīng)急發(fā)電車(chē)作為補(bǔ)充電源的微電網(wǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)供電恢復(fù)方案。分析了微電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的控制方式與分布式電源之間的并網(wǎng)組合的方案,在電網(wǎng)發(fā)生故障出現(xiàn)大范圍停電時(shí),通過(guò)廣度優(yōu)先搜索的方法對(duì)孤島進(jìn)行劃分以恢復(fù)停電負(fù)荷的供電,考慮到分布式電源發(fā)電的間歇性和負(fù)荷需求的變動(dòng)性,采用應(yīng)急發(fā)電車(chē)作為補(bǔ)充電源以滿(mǎn)足孤島內(nèi)的“供需平衡”。仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。

Research on Power Supply Restoration Considering DG and Load Demand Variability

    Abstract: Aiming at the large area power failure of distribution network caused by disasters, which couldn’t recover the power supply of non-malfunction power failure area through the major network, this paper established the microgrid dynamic power restoration scheme based on emergency generators as supplementary power supply and analyzed the grid-connected combination scheme between the control method of microgrid operation and distributed power supply. When the large-scale power outages of distribution networks happened, the breadth-first search method was used to carry out partition for the islands to recover the power supply of power outage loads. Considering the intermittency of the distributed power generation and the change of the load demand, the emergency power generation vehicle was used to meet the balance of supply and demand. The simulation result verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.
