區(qū)域備自投邏輯控制策略優(yōu)化研究

摘 要:區(qū)域備自投系統(tǒng)憑借能實現(xiàn)鏈式結(jié)構(gòu)串供變電站中非開環(huán)點變電站快速恢復供電的優(yōu)勢在現(xiàn)場逐漸推廣使用。提出了通過暫停邏輯命令控制區(qū)域備自投與站域備自投的動作優(yōu)先級,根據(jù)新的控制策略開發(fā)的區(qū)域備自投系統(tǒng)通過RTDS進行了仿真驗證,并已在現(xiàn)場應用。仿真試驗及現(xiàn)場應用結(jié)果表明,新的邏輯控制策略能有效地解決多套備自投之間優(yōu)先級配合失敗的風險,并可以更加快速地恢復供電。

Research on Logic Control Strategy Optimization for Regional Automatic Bus Transfer

Abstract: The regional automatic bus transfer system is gradually promoted and used on site by virtue of the ability to realize the quick recovery of power supply in the non-open-loop point substation of chainlike serial power supply system. This paper proposed to control the action priority of regional automatic bus transfer and substation-field automatic bus transfer by the suspend logic commands. According to the regional automatic bus transfer developed by the new control strategy, RTDS was used to carry out simulated verification and the field application was implemented. The simulation test and field application results show that the new logic control strategy can effectively avoid the risk of priority cooperation failure in multiple automatic bus transfer switching devices, and restore power supply more quickly.
