一種新型便攜式多功能局部放電在線檢測(cè)儀器的設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)小型局部放電檢測(cè)設(shè)備功能單一、數(shù)據(jù)收集整理困難、大型局放檢測(cè)裝置操作復(fù)雜、不利于推廣的缺點(diǎn),在分析比對(duì)主流的局放信號(hào)檢測(cè)方式后,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了一種新型局部放電在線檢測(cè)儀器,能夠同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)地電波(Transient Earth Voltage, TEV)、超聲和高頻電流三種檢測(cè)方法。檢測(cè)裝置以ZYNQ7020嵌入式系統(tǒng)為核心,外圍硬件電路部分實(shí)現(xiàn)信號(hào)采樣、外設(shè)操作、通信和信息存儲(chǔ)等功能,軟件部分完成信號(hào)降噪、數(shù)據(jù)處理、交互界面設(shè)計(jì)和故障診斷等工作。該局放檢測(cè)儀能夠滿足不同配電設(shè)備的在線監(jiān)測(cè)需求,為用戶提供全面、具體、多樣化的數(shù)據(jù)參考。

Design of a New Kind of Portable Multifunction Partial Discharge Online Detecting Instrument

Abstract: The traditional small-sized partial discharge detection instrument has the disadvantages of single function and data collection, and the large one is difficult for practice and hard-promoted. After the comparison of mainstream partial discharge detection methods, this paper designed a novel partial discharge online detection instrument, which could accomplish transient earth voltage (TEV), ultrasonic and high-frequency current detection. The instrument was cored with embedded system ZYNQ7020. The hardware circuit part realized functions such as signal sampling, peripheral operation, communication and information storage, and the software part completes signal denoising, data processing, interactive interface design and fault diagnosis etc. The partial discharge detector can meet online monitoring requirements of different distribution equipments, which provides comprehensive, specific and diverse data references for users.
