百萬機(jī)組制粉系統(tǒng)冷風(fēng)門及混合風(fēng)門回路改造

摘 要:以某發(fā)電廠2×1 000 MW機(jī)組為例,介紹制粉系統(tǒng)控制策略、冷風(fēng)門及混合風(fēng)門的工作原理和故障現(xiàn)象,并結(jié)合設(shè)備日常維護(hù)特點(diǎn)及機(jī)組運(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性,進(jìn)行風(fēng)門的控制回路現(xiàn)場(chǎng)改造,運(yùn)行效果表明,改造后提高了機(jī)組運(yùn)行的穩(wěn)定性,回路優(yōu)化效果比較理想。

Cold and Mixture Air Door Loop Transformation for Millions of Units Coal Pulverizing System

Abstract: Taking the 2×1 000 MW unit in certain power station for example, this paper introduced the strategy of coal pulverizing control system and the working principle and fault phenomenon of cold and mixture air door. Combined with the characteristics of equipment routine maintenance and the unit operating economy, the site control loop of air door was carried out transformation. The operation effect shows that the transformation improves the stability of the unit operation and the effect of loop optimization is ideal.
