    摘 要:針對某型低壓塑殼斷路器觸頭超程較小的問題,利用UG建立該型斷路器全尺寸三維模型,將模型導(dǎo)入ADAMS中建立其虛擬樣機模型。通過經(jīng)驗法分析并修改影響觸頭超程的部件,使超程達(dá)到技術(shù)要求,為減小其動作時間,構(gòu)建了操作機構(gòu)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,對桿件建立方程式,推導(dǎo)后得到連桿長度與桿件夾角之間的變化關(guān)系。依靠ADAMS參數(shù)化設(shè)計工具,以動觸頭角速度最大為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),相關(guān)桿件長度為優(yōu)化變量,對操作機構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計。仿真結(jié)果證明,基于ADAMS的參數(shù)化分析法在對復(fù)雜運動機構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計中更加高效和便捷,優(yōu)化結(jié)果較為理想,為物理樣機的研制提供了參考。

Optimization Design of Operating Mechanism of Low Voltage Molded
Case Circuit Breaker Based on ADAMS

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the contact over-travel of a low-voltage molded case circuit breaker is small, this paper used UG to establish the full-size three-dimensional model of the circuit breaker and the model was imported into ADAMS to establish its virtual prototype model. The empirical method was used to analyze and modify the components that affected the over-travel of the contact, so that the over-travel could reach the technical requirements. In order to reduce the action time, the mathematical model of the operating mechanism was constructed and the equation was established for the member bar, so as to deduce the relationship between the connecting rod length and the member bar intersection angle. Relying on the ADAMS parametric design tool, this paper took the angular velocity of the moving contact as the maximum optimization target, the relevant member bar length as the optimization variable, to carry out optimization design for the operating mechanism. The simulation results show that this parametric analysis method based on ADAMS is more efficient and convenient in the optimization design of complex motion mechanism, and the optimization result is ideal, which provides a reference for the development of physical prototype.
