GIS盆式絕緣子作為縫隙天線的暫態(tài)電磁輻射特性研究

摘 要:如果氣體絕緣開關(guān)設(shè)備(GIS)內(nèi)部存在快速暫態(tài)過電壓(VFTO),電壓電流波就會(huì)沿管線在GIS內(nèi)部傳播,并在絕緣子和套管等導(dǎo)體不連續(xù)處發(fā)生電磁輻射,使暫態(tài)電磁能量泄漏到外部空間,影響二次設(shè)備和系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行。通過將盆式絕緣子等效為GIS管壁上徑向開槽的縫隙天線,理論和仿真研究了絕緣子的暫態(tài)電磁輻射特性。理論推導(dǎo)了縫隙天線的輻射過程,獲得了空間電磁場(chǎng)的解析表達(dá)式。在全波電磁仿真軟件中建立了GIS管線和絕緣子的仿真模型,計(jì)算了沖擊激勵(lì)下外部空間的時(shí)域電磁場(chǎng)波形。分別對(duì)空間電磁場(chǎng)的徑向和軸向輻射特性進(jìn)行了量化研究,結(jié)合理論推導(dǎo)分別采用反比例函數(shù)和辛格函數(shù)對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行擬合。仿真結(jié)果和擬合函數(shù)計(jì)算具有很好的一致性。

Study on Transient Electromagnetic Radiation Characteristics of GIS Disc Spacers as Slot Antennas

Abstract: If there is a very fast transient over-voltage (VFTO) inside the gas insulated switchgear (GIS), the voltage and current waves will propagate along the pipeline inside the GIS, and electromagnetic radiation will occur at the discontinuity of the conductor such as insulators and insulating bushes, so that the transient electromagnetic energy leaks into the external space, affecting the normal operation of secondary equipment and systems.This paper studied on the transient electromagnetic radiation characteristics of insulators through theoretical and simulation approaches, regarding the disc spacer as the slot antenna along radial direction of the GIS pipe wall.The radiation process of the slot antenna was derived theoretically to obtain the analytical expression of the space electromagnetic field.The simulation model of GIS pipeline and insulator was established in the full-wave electromagnetic simulation software, to calculate the time-domain electromagnetic field waveform of the external space under impact excitation.This paper respectively quantified the radial and axial direction radiation characteristics of the space electromagnetic field.Combined with the theoretical derivation, the inverse proportional function and Sinc function were used to fit the simulation results. The simulation results and the fitting function calculations have good consistency.
