基于注塑機(jī)殼的伺服電機(jī)性能分析

摘 要:為了降低伺服電機(jī)制作成本和減小體積,提出采用注塑機(jī)殼的伺服電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方法,對定子鐵芯拓?fù)渲匦略O(shè)計(jì),增大定子鐵芯外徑,從而縮短電機(jī)軸向長度?;陔姶呸D(zhuǎn)矩最大和轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)最小的原則,完成注塑電機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,并確定尺寸;分析有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),采用注塑的機(jī)殼的電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩顯著增大;縮短注塑電機(jī)的軸向尺寸,使其轉(zhuǎn)矩性能與傳統(tǒng)金屬機(jī)殼電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩一致,注塑電機(jī)體積減小了7.2%,電機(jī)損耗進(jìn)一步降低,節(jié)能效果和運(yùn)行效率也得到改善,并能降低電機(jī)批量化制作成本。

Servo Motor Performance Analysis Based on Injection Molding Casing

Abstract: In order to reduce the production cost and volume of the servo motor, the design method of the servo motor using the injection molding casing (IMC) is proposed, it redesign the stator core topology to increase the outer diameter of the stator core, thereby shortening the axial length of the motor. Firstly, based on the principle of maximum electromagnetic torque and minimum torque ripple, the structure of IMC motor is optimized and the size is determined. Then, the finite element analysis results show that the torque of IMC motor increases significantly. Finally, the axial size of the IMC motor is shortened, so that its torque performance is consistent with that of the traditional metal casing (TMC) motor. The volume of the IMC motor is reduced by 7.2%, the motor loss is further reduced, the energy-saving effect and operating efficiency are also improved, and the cost of mass production of the motor can be reduced.
