    摘 要:為了減小高壓斷路器操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)的體積,提高其工作可靠性,對(duì)負(fù)載側(cè)進(jìn)行受力分析,設(shè)計(jì)了一種滿足 126 kV 高壓斷路器操動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)負(fù)載特性要求的雙定子永磁無(wú)刷直流電機(jī)。對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和主要參數(shù)進(jìn)行研究,包括電機(jī)主要尺寸、極弧系數(shù)、電磁負(fù)荷、定子極槽數(shù)配合、定子裂比;利用有限元方法建立驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)模型,得到了電機(jī)磁密云分布、磁力線分布、輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩與電流,對(duì)電機(jī)的電磁性能與動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證了電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)合理性。

Design of Double Stator Permanent Magnet Motor Operating
Mechanism for High Voltage Circuit Breaker

    Abstract: This research designed an operating mechanism for a double-stator permanent magnet brushless DC motor to meet the load characteristics requirements of a 126 kV high voltage circuit breaker. The new design could help reduce the volume of the driving motor of the operating mechanism of a high voltage circuit breaker, improve operational reliability, and implement the force analysis of the load side.Besides, this paper studied the structure and main parameters of the driving motor, including the vital size of the motor, pole arc coefficient,electromagnetic load, stator slot number, and stator split ratio. In addition, it employed the finite element method to establish the driving motor model and obtain the magnetic cloud distribution, magnetic force line distribution, output torque, and current of the motor.It also analyzed the electromagnetic properties and dynamic characteristics of the motor. The result verified the rationality of the motor design.
