基于IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的核電廠中壓斷路器暫態(tài)恢復(fù)電壓研究

    摘 要:對(duì)比分析了 IEC 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和 IEEE 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)斷路器耐受暫態(tài)恢復(fù)電壓(TRV)的要求?;?IEC 62271 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)關(guān)于斷路器在特定電路中耐受 TRV 的特殊要求,收集某核電廠的廠用變壓器、共箱母線等設(shè)備參數(shù),利用 IEC 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的計(jì)算方法得出耐受 TRV 和恢復(fù)電壓上升速率(RRRV)的理論值(預(yù)期值)。通過斷路器的 T60 型式試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了 VD4 斷路器滿足耐受 TRV 的要求。

Research on Transient Recovery Voltage of Middle-Voltage Circuit
Breaker in a Nuclear Power Plant Based on IEC Standard

    Abstract: The paper makes comparative analysis of the requirements of circuit breakers tolerant transient recovery voltage (TRV) in IEC standard and IEEE standard. The authors based on the IEC 62271 special requirements of circuit breakers tolerant TRV in special circuits,collect parameters of auxiliary transformers, common enclosure buses and other equipments in a nuclear power plant, and apply the calculation method from IEC standard to get the theoretical values (expected values) of tolerant TRV and transient recovery voltage rising rate (RRRV).It is verified by T60 type test of circuit breakers that the VD4 circuit breaker meets the requirements of tolerant TRV.
