柔性直流技術(shù)在配電網(wǎng)中的應(yīng)用及運(yùn)行控制

摘 要:柔性直流技術(shù)應(yīng)用于配電網(wǎng)可提高配電網(wǎng)的可靠性和靈活性。結(jié)合蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)兩端口柔性直流互聯(lián)的交直流混合配電網(wǎng),分析了該區(qū)域在正常和故障情況下的運(yùn)行控制策略。正常情況下,采用集中-分區(qū)的控制層級(jí)模式,利用柔性直流的運(yùn)行特性和微電網(wǎng)控制技術(shù),支撐新能源消納、重載風(fēng)險(xiǎn)消除等多個(gè)場(chǎng)景。故障情況下,基于柔性直流帶無(wú)源負(fù)荷的供電能力分析模型,通過(guò)配網(wǎng)主站系統(tǒng)、柔性直流控制系統(tǒng)和保護(hù)裝置的協(xié)同配合,實(shí)現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)故障的快速處置。

Interconnection in Distribution Network

Abstract: The application of flexible DC technology is able to increase reliability and flexibility of distribution network. The paper, taking the AC/DC hybrid distribution network with two-port flexible DC interconnection in Suzhou Industrial Park as research object, makes analysis of its operational control strategy under normal and fault conditions. When the distribution network runs normally, the centralized-partition control mode is adopted. The operating characteristics of flexible DC technology and micro-grid control technology are used to support multiple scenarios, such as new energy accommodation and heavy load risk elimination. When faults occur in the distribution network, the main station system, flexible DC control system and protection device are controlled in a coordinated way to fast deal with faults based on the power supply capability analytical model of flexible DC with passive load.
