高功率因數(shù)LED恒流驅(qū)動電源的設(shè)計

摘 要:為了保證發(fā)光二極管 (LED) 正常高效工作,提高 LED 驅(qū)動電路的功率因數(shù),以 L6561 功率因數(shù)控制芯片和恒流二極管為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計了一種高功率因數(shù) LED 恒流驅(qū)動電源。從輸出電壓、負載電流和功率因數(shù)三個方面進行實驗測試,實驗結(jié)果表明,在寬電壓范圍內(nèi),該電源的恒壓和恒流效果好,功率因數(shù)在 0.95 以上,較好地抑制了電流諧波。

Design of High-Power Factor LED Constant Current Driving Power Supply

Abstract: In order to ensure the normal and efficient operation of Light Emitting Diode (LED) and improve its drive circuit power factor,the paper designs a high-power factor LED constant current driving power supply based on L6561 power factor control chip and constant current diode. Experimental tests are carried out from three aspects of output voltage, load currents and power factor. According to the results,the constant voltage and constant current of this supply is great under the range of wide voltage, and its power factor is above 0.95,suppressing the current harmonic well.
