繼電保護裝置高加速壽命試驗的研究

摘 要:研究了電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護裝置可靠性的特征量、評估方法并設計了高加速壽命試驗的方法。通過對幾種典型裝置的環(huán)境因素的影響試驗,得出試驗的結果,以此來分析不同因素的影響程度。提出了繼電保護裝置高加速壽命試驗宜選用的應力極限,并探討了高加速壽命試驗的特征量與正常環(huán)境下特征量的換算方法。

Study on Highly Accelerated Life Test for Relay Protection Device

Abstract: This paper studied the characteristic amount and evaluation method of reliability in relay protection devices of power system, designing the highly accelerated life test method. The test results were got by the influence tests of environmental factors for several typical devices, so as to analyze the influence degree of different factors. The stress limit were selected for the highly accelerated life test of relay protection devices and discussion was made on the conversion method from the characteristic amount of the highly accelerated life test to the characteristic amount of normal environment.
