摘要:針對(duì)低壓電器特性檢測(cè)的電源需求特點(diǎn),提出了可編程序控制器PLC配合AD轉(zhuǎn)換實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)流的一種控制方法,并給出了一種實(shí)現(xiàn)續(xù)流的設(shè)計(jì)方案,介紹了該方案的硬件組成、預(yù)檢調(diào)壓器動(dòng)作特性、運(yùn)行阻抗續(xù)流的計(jì)算以及預(yù)檢調(diào)壓器特性參數(shù)方式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況表明,該方式結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,有利于降低成本和易于維護(hù)。

Abstract: Considering the requirements of characteristic test of low-voltage electrical apparatus, this paper presented a kind of control method using the programmable logic controller (PLC) and analog digital (AD) conversion module to stabilize current and gave a kind of design plan to realize follow current. Introduction was made to the hardware, operating characteristic of pretest booster, calculation of follow current of operating impedance, and advantages and disadvantages of characteristic parameter mode of pretest booster. Actual operation shows that the method has the advantages of simple structure, stable operation, low cost and easy maintenance.
