GIS鋁制筒體表面變形質(zhì)量問(wèn)題分析

摘 要: 介紹了氣體絕緣金屬封閉開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備鋁制筒體發(fā)生嚴(yán)重變形的原因及分析過(guò)程。通過(guò)對(duì)筒體進(jìn)行包裝、運(yùn)輸、吊裝時(shí)的工況及力學(xué)分析,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用有限元分析軟件SolidWorks 分析計(jì)算,并利用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證分析結(jié)果,得到了造成筒體變形的真正原因。

Aluminum Cylinder Surface Deformation Quality Analysis of Gas Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

Abstract: Introduction was made to causes and analysis processes of serious aluminum cylinder deformation of gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear. The mathematic model was built by analyzing the working condition and mechanics at the time of packing,transporting and lifting-off cylinder. The finite element analysis software SolidWorks was used to carry out analysis and calculation. At last the verification analysis results of site tests show the real causes of cylinder deformation.
