1 100 kV GIS復(fù)合絕緣子套管抗震研究

    摘 要:對1 100 kV 氣體絕緣金屬封閉開關(guān)設(shè)備(GIS) 復(fù)合絕緣子套管整體進行0.5g 水平加速度地震模擬計算,對套管裝配用筒體、支架、復(fù)合絕緣子進行強度、頻率分析,找出了薄弱部位并優(yōu)化。經(jīng)計算和復(fù)合絕緣子套管的真型試驗,得出1 100 kV GIS 復(fù)合絕緣子套管達到國內(nèi)特高壓GIS 設(shè)備9 級烈度抗震標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為高烈度地震地區(qū)的其它特高壓產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計提供了技術(shù)參考。

Study on Seismic Resistance of Composite Insulator Casing in 1 100 kV Gas Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

    Abstract: This paper carried out 0.5g seismic acceleration level simulation calculation for the composite insulator casing entirety in 1 100 kV gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (GIS) and analyzed the strength and frequency of the casing assembly barrel body, bracket and composite insulator, finding out the weak parts and optimizing them. The calculation and true type test of composite insulator casing show that the 1 100 kV composite insulator casing in GIS reaches the 9 stage intensity seismic standard in domestic ultra-high (UHV) voltage GIS, to provide technical references for the design of other UHV products in the area with high earthquake intensity.
