超高壓斷路器液壓碟簧機構漏油故障及其防范策略研究

    摘 要:對一起超高壓復合式絕緣組合電器(HGIS) 斷路器機構漏油事件進行分析,拆開相關儲能模塊及導向套進行檢查,發(fā)現(xiàn)事故是由儲能缸與工作缸對接的導向套在向缸孔引入時裝配不當及所用密封圈、擋圈材質(zhì)不佳引起,經(jīng)過對相關密封圈、擋圈進行更換,消除了此起設備缺陷,并從日常維護及設計安裝兩方面提出斷路器漏油防范措施。

    Abstract: Analysis was made to a circuit breaker mechanism oil leakage fault in hybrid gas insulated switchgear (HGIS). The relevant energy storage module and guide sleeve were separated and inspected to find that the guide sleeve butted the energy storage cylinder to the working cylinder was assembled improperly when introduced to the cylinder hole and the quality of used seal ring and retainer ring was not good. After the relevant seal ring and retainer ring were changed, equipment defect was eliminated. This paper proposed the precautionary measures of circuit breaker oil leakage from two aspects of routine maintenance and design installation.
