抽屜式框架斷路器橋型觸頭的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

摘 要:橋型觸頭是抽屜式斷路器的重要部件,研究了橋型觸頭的操作力及動、熱穩(wěn)定性,通過簡化彈簧片為等強度梁以及對工作狀態(tài)進行力學(xué)分析,得出正壓力和插入力的計算公式及關(guān)系,并通過試驗中正壓力與拔出力的測試得到經(jīng)驗?zāi)Σ料禂?shù)。利用導(dǎo)電觸橋模型描述U 型排與橋型觸頭之間的接觸情形,計算二者之間的洛倫茲力、霍姆力、接觸電阻及溫升,得出校驗其動穩(wěn)定性與熱穩(wěn)定性的理論計算方法,為橋型觸頭的設(shè)計提供了思路。

Key Technique Research of Bridge-Type Contact in Withdrawable Air Circuit Breaker

Abstract: The bridge-type contact is the important part of withdrawable air circuit breaker. This paper researched the operating force, dynamic stability and thermal stability of bridge-type contacts. The spring plate was simplified as the constant strength girder and the mechanical analysis was carried out for working condition to obtain the computational formulas and relationship between forward force and inserting force. The experienced friction coefficient was got by testing forward force and extraction force. The contact situation between U-type busbar and bridgetype contact was described by using the conductive contact bridge model. This paper calculated Lorentz force, Holm force, contact resistance and temperature rise between both of them and obtained the theoretical calculation method to examine its dynamic stability and thermal stability, which provides the design thought for the bridge-type contact.
