環(huán)保氣體開關(guān)設(shè)備彈簧操作機構(gòu)動力學(xué)仿真

    摘 要:針對環(huán)保氣體開關(guān)新型彈簧操作機構(gòu),在試制前通過SolidWorks 建立三維模型,并導(dǎo)入到多體動力學(xué)仿真軟件進行仿真分析,通過仿真結(jié)果修改操作機構(gòu)傳動部件,使合、分速度滿足要求,同時獲取關(guān)鍵部位的力值曲線圖,作為多功能操作塊表面處理及滾輪直徑選取的參考。結(jié)合仿真數(shù)據(jù)及樣機實測結(jié)果可知,該多體動力學(xué)仿真分析方法能夠較為準(zhǔn)確真實地獲取數(shù)據(jù),并對實際設(shè)計提供參考。

Dynamics Simulation of Spring Operating Mechanism of Environmental Protection Gas Switchgear

    Abstract: Aiming at a new type of spring operating mechanism of environmental protection gas switchgear, this paper used the software of SolidWorks to establish the three-dimensional model before trial-manufacture. The model was introduced to the multi-body dynamics simulation software to be carried out simulation and analysis. The simulation result modified the transmission components of the operating mechanism, making closing and breaking speed meet the enterprise standard requirements, and obtaining the curve about force value of the key parts, which provides a reference for the multifunction operating block surface treatment and the idler wheel diameter selection. The combination of the simulation data and the prototype actual measurement result shows that the multi-body dynamics simulation method can simulate the actual model accurately, providing references for the actual design.
