超特高壓變電站便攜式氣動(dòng)短路接地裝置研制及應(yīng)用

摘 要:超高壓及特高壓變電站因其電壓等級(jí)高,安全距離大,使得設(shè)備垂直高度大,給接地線的裝拆帶來巨大挑戰(zhàn)。針對(duì)超高壓及特高壓變電站裝拆接地線的需求,研制了一種便攜式氣動(dòng)短路接地裝置,介紹了短路接地裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、部件設(shè)計(jì),并計(jì)算短路接地裝置的相關(guān)參數(shù)。該裝置成功應(yīng)用于超高壓及特高壓變電站設(shè)備裝拆接地線,具有體積小、重量輕、操作簡(jiǎn)單、安全可靠等特點(diǎn),為設(shè)備檢修工作帶來巨大便利。

Development and Application of Portable Pneumatic Grounding Device in Ultra-High Voltage Substation

Abstract: The ultra-high and extra-high voltage transformer substations have the high voltage level and the long safe distance with the high vertical height of the equipment, which brings great challenges for the installation and disassembly of the grounding wire. According to the requirement of the installation and disassembly of the grounding wire of ultra-high and extra-high voltage transformer substation, this paper developed a kind of portable pneumatic grounding device, introduced the structure and component design of short-circuit grounding device and calculated its related parameters. This device is successfully applied in the ultra-high and extra-high voltage transformer substations for the equipment to install and remove the grounding wire, with the features such as small volume, light weight, simple operation, safety and reliability and so on, which brings great convenience for the equipment overhaul work.
