新能源并網(wǎng)對(duì)配電系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)影響分析

摘 要:以光伏電源接入配電網(wǎng)為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)等效思想理論分析光伏電源并網(wǎng)對(duì)配電系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)影響,在Matlab/Simulink中建立了光伏并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)及配電網(wǎng)模型,仿真結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)電源側(cè)及光伏電源所在饋線上游發(fā)生短路故障對(duì)配電網(wǎng)繼電保護(hù)裝置無(wú)影響;所在饋線下游發(fā)生短路故障使得上游短路電流減小,導(dǎo)致繼電保護(hù)拒動(dòng)作,下游短路電流增大,導(dǎo)致繼電保護(hù)誤動(dòng)作;相鄰饋線發(fā)生短路故障對(duì)該饋線繼電保護(hù)無(wú)影響,使光伏電源所在饋線上游短路電流增大,導(dǎo)致繼電保護(hù)誤動(dòng)作,驗(yàn)證了理論分析的準(zhǔn)確性。

Analysis of New Energy Resources Grid Connected Impact on Relay Protection of Distribution System

Abstract: Taking the photovoltaic (PV) power supply connected to distribution network for research objects, this paper analyzed the influence of grid-connected PV power system on the relay protection of distribution system via the equivalent thoughts and theories, and established the grid-connected PV power system and distribution network model in Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that the short-circuit faults happening at the system power supply side and on the feeder upstream of PV power supply have no impact on the relay protection of distribution network, while the short-circuit faults happening on the feeder downstream make the short-circuit current on the feeder upstream decrease to give rise to the relay protection failure action, so as to increase the short-circuit current on the feeder downstream to give rise to the relay protection malfunction. The short-circuit faults happening on the adjacency feeder have no impact on the feeder relay protection and makes the short-circuit current on the feeder upstream of PV power supply increase to give rise to the relay protection malfunction, which verifies the accuracy of theoretical analysis.
